Elizabeth Wiese
Elizabeth has experience is all areas of family law ranging from parenting orders and property settlement to child support, financial agreements and international custody arrangements.
Elizabeth is passionate about utilising her depth of experience towards servicing clients and achieving the best results for them.
Elizabeth has undergraduate degrees from the University of Western Australia. She was admitted to practice in 1980 and has specialised in family law for more than 36 years.
She was a partner of another well-known law practice prior to establishing her own firm. Elizabeth has been involved in various complicated family law cases and has established relationships with many of Perth’s most prominent senior counsel.
Kiran Randhawa
Kiran Randhawa was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in February 2010. Since admission, Kiran has practised exclusively in Family Law dealing with both complex property and children matters. Kiran commenced working at Elizabeth Wiese & Associates at the beginning of 2013.
Kiran has experience in all areas of Family Law including but not limited to property matters, child-related matters, child support, spousal maintenance and domestic violence as well as de facto and same sex relationship disputes. Her empathetic and meticulous approach to legal practice allows her to efficiently understand and analyse all aspects of a client's individual legal concern and accordingly advise the client of the appropriate action that will achieve the best outcome for her client in a cost-effective manner.
